Priority Care Support is $55/month.
For new builds and Care signups within 30 days of launch, you'll receive the Stripe authorization invoice for Care on launch day. Care benefits and $55/month billing begin 30 days after Stripe authorization. The first 30 days post-launch are already covered by your build agreement's included revision period — Care credits don't apply during that window. After billing begins, this plan renews monthly at $55/month until canceled. Includes up to 6 site changes per month and typical 2-business-day turnaround.
For Care signups more than 30 days after launch, a one-time $119.99 Care Activation Fee applies at signup, and monthly billing of $55 begins immediately on signup. The Activation Fee is non-refundable once Care setup begins.
Cancel anytime by email, text, or the Stripe customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds or credits are provided.
Care Support requires active Idea Jar hosting. Hosting is billed separately at $19.99/month unless your website build or hosting agreement includes an initial hosting period. If your site is not hosted by Idea Jar, contact Matt before subscribing.

New build billing start
When you start a Care plan with a new Idea Jar website build, you'll be sent the Stripe authorization invoice on launch day. Care benefits and billing begin 30 days after Stripe authorization — right after your build agreement's 30-day post-launch revision period ends. During those first 30 days, normal launch tweaks are covered by your build agreement, not Care credits.
Hosting required
Care Support requires active Idea Jar hosting. Hosting is billed separately at $19.99/month unless your website build or hosting agreement includes an initial hosting period. New website builds may include 180 days of hosting before monthly hosting billing begins. If hosting is added later or separately, hosting billing starts when hosting begins. Care plans are for Idea Jar-built sites. If your site was migrated to Idea Jar hosting from elsewhere, contact Matt to discuss support options separately.
Signing up later?
If your Idea Jar-built website launched more than 30 days ago, you can still start Priority Care, but a one-time $119.99 Care Activation Fee applies in addition to the $55/month plan. The Activation Fee is charged at signup through Stripe, monthly billing of $55 begins on the same day, and the Activation Fee is non-refundable once Care setup begins. The Activation Fee applies whether you elect Standard Care or Priority Care.
Designer's standard per-service-request rate is currently $149.99 per Service Request. A "Service Request" means a single batch of one or more related changes, fixes, or revisions submitted to Designer at the same time, covering up to two (2) hours of work, including review, implementation, testing, and related communication; unrelated requests, later-submitted batches, work exceeding two (2) hours, new features, new pages, redesign work, third-party troubleshooting, or out-of-scope work may be billed as additional Service Requests or quoted separately, and unused time does not roll over.

Who this is for
Active businesses with time-sensitive promotions, frequent content updates, or existing tools that need faster coordination. Ideal if you have 4–6 changes a month or need confidence that updates can ship quickly. Booking-system setup or changes are not included unless separately quoted.

How a "change" works
A change is one logical edit to a section of your site.
Counts as ONE change
- Replacing an existing photo gallery with a similar number of client-provided, web-ready photos, if no redesign or heavy image editing is needed
- Updating a service description
- Adding 3 testimonials to a section
- Editing the hero headline + subheading together
- Updating business hours and contact info together
Counts as MORE than one
- Editing two different pages
- Updating services AND swapping a photo elsewhere
- Three separate content changes on three different sections
The fine print
- Care Support plans are for Idea Jar-built sites with active Idea Jar hosting. See Idea Jar Hosting for hosting terms.
- For new builds and Care signups within 30 days of launch, the Stripe authorization invoice is sent on launch day. Care benefits and $55/month billing begin 30 days after Stripe authorization, right after the included 30-day post-launch revision period ends. In-scope revisions during the 30-day post-launch window route through the build agreement and do not consume Care change credits. Hosting billing is governed separately by the hosting subscription's own terms.

- Care plans are not emergency support plans and do not guarantee same-day fixes, outage repair, or response outside normal availability.
- Out of scope: new pages, new features, booking systems, online stores, payment processing, major redesigns, third-party troubleshooting, email setup/troubleshooting, complex automations, or any single request taking more than about 30 minutes of focused work.
- Out-of-plan changes are billed per Service Request at $149.99, covering up to two hours of work per request. A Service Request is a single batch of one or more related changes — group multiple small fixes into one request to make the most of the time. Larger requests are quoted separately.
